Electricity in the data centers is conditioned and filtered by UPS system with secure utility power substations and 600-kilowatt generator, which powers up in case of outages on the electrical providers’ side. If needed, the generator can supply electrical power for the entire data center. Redundant Uninterruptible Power Supply systems and back-up generators ensure our data centers and clients are safe and there is no power loss. The guarantee is no case applicable to any even that is not directly under Serventu’s control such as force majeure conditions.
