If you are dissatisfied with Serventus.com services for serious reasons, not provision of guaranteed services or features, let us know within 30 days following your accounts activation by using contact information on Serventus.com website.Within this delay and without any additional requirements, Serventus will completely reimburse you for the monthly fees paid, elapsed or prepaid.
Exclusions
The present guarantee does not apply to administration packages, domain names, bandwidth or traffic billing, work billed hourly, set up fees and premium hosting solutions.
Claim Procedures
